Overview

With the world going through the various forms of transition, geospatial industry is also moving at fast pace to disrupt the world economy. Considering the scenario, it is imperative to create a society which collectively yields progress, growth and is better equipped to respond to the challenges.

Adoption of DE&I policy at workplaces through the lenses of race, ethnicity, ability, gender, sexual orientation, neurodiversity, and beyond, is talked about at large lengths, it has been acknowledged that the companies that are diverse, equitable, and inclusive are placed much better in the marketplace. However, there are still some loopholes on the adoption and actual implementation of DE&I framework, which arises the need to adopt for a systematic and coherent strategy.
